When not to have a Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is not a great solution if you have oily skin, however. Sometimes your oily skin is happening because you are not properly cleansing and then moisturizing your skin. People afraid to moisturize end up having a bit of an “oil slick” in the middle of the afternoon because your skin needs to produce oil if it feels it is overly dry. So once you get this under control, you may find that your skin is just normal, not oily. Then you will be a candidate for a microdermabrasion session. Always consult with your esthetician of course!
